1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fb004 website (fb004.cam and all associated subdomains), creating an account, depositing funds, or engaging in any gaming activities on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

1. Choose a strong, unique password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
2. Never share your password with any third party, including fb004 employees (who will never ask for your password)
3. Immediately notify fb004 Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
4. Log out of your account after each gaming session, particularly when using shared or public computers
5. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available through your account settings

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. fb004 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account unless such unauthorized use resulted from our negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

fb004 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer to BPI/BDO/UnionBank/Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The minimum deposit amount is Fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.

All deposits are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (PHP) currency. If you deposit using a cryptocurrency or foreign currency, fb004 will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, which may differ from rates available on public exchanges.

fb004 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, cryptocurrency network) may impose transaction fees or charges, which are your sole responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of available balance (excluding any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier and verification status:

• Unverified Accounts: ₱10,000 per transaction, ₱50,000 per week
• Verified Accounts: ₱100,000 per transaction, ₱500,000 per week
• VIP Players: ₱500,000 per transaction, ₱2,000,000 per week

fb004 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Philippine public holidays. 4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

fb004 strives to maintain 24/7 platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary unavailability due to system maintenance, technical difficulties, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, fb004 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the fb004 platform, regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

fb004's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10.3 No Warranty

The fb004 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. fb004 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.2 Governing Law

11.3 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution
